UserPic Images not showing up

Issue: When you look at comments, no userpic shows up.

Resolved:  In MT-config.cgi, added " ImageDriver GD " without quotes to the required lines.  This bypassed Image::Magick.

Issue: Bug that didn't allow signin of comments.  The system just gave users the option to comment, but when they submitted comment, error would say they needed to sign in. 

Resolved: Needed Head Module (<$mt:Include module="HTML Head"$>) in the <head> tags.
